✔ Layouts and formatting appear correctly
✔ All page numbers are included
✔ Images, graphs, and charts are clear and readable
✔ Margins are correct
✔ No pages are missing or cut off
✔ This is your final version
Margins & Page Layout
We recommend using 3 cm inside (left) margin and 2 cm margins on all other sides.
If your college or university requires larger margins, please follow their specific guidelines. We are happy to print according to your institution’s requirements.
Double-Sided Printing Guidelines
If you are printing double-sided, please ensure your document formatting is suitable for duplex printing.
We recommend:
- Using even margins throughout the document
- Positioning page numbers at the bottom centre of each page
- Starting each new chapter on an odd-numbered page. (This may mean leaving some even-numbered pages blank between chapters.)
